Technical assistance (except flat tires) :
0-10km (from Sarlat) : free
10-20km (from Sarlat) : 2 €/ km (e.g : 15km = 10km free + 5km at 2 € = 10 €)

We provide you an extra tube and a repair kit in case of flat tire. If you required however a technical assistance for a flat tire, the cost is 2 €/km (from Sarlat)
Delivery time : monday to saturday from 9am to 7pm - reservation mandatory
To rent a bike from our shop (44 rue des Cordeliers - Sarlat), it is mandatory to call us (05-53-31-90-05) at least 1 hour in advance (in season) or 24 hours in advance (off-season - from november to april) to make an appointment (the shop is closed when we are on delivery). Closed on sunday
No extra charge for 24 hours rentals (morning to morning or evening to evening).
Security deposit : 200 € per adult bike - 100 € per teen/child bike or child trailer (by cash or by check in euros) or you can leave a valid ID (driving licence or passport) that will be returned at the end of the rental .
Guarantee / cancellation : to guarantee your reservation, you have to provide us a credit card number with expiry date (Visa or Mastercard). No cancellation fees if your cancel your reservation minimum 12 hours prior to delivery time. Under that delay, we will charge cancellation fees on your credit card ( 20% of the total amount of your reservation).
Payment : the full payment is due at the delivery (by cash or credit card).
