Terms and conditions

1. Conditions  : our bikes have to be used on roads or trails. They are not suitable for mountain biking. All the damages caused by an inadequate practising will be payable by the client. 

2. Loss or theft : the client is responsible for the rented equipement. In case of loss or theft,  the following replacement costs will be charged : adult bike : 200 € / teen or child bike : 100 € / helmet : 10€ / lock : 7 € / pump : 10 € / rear bags 2x12l : 35 €

3. Late return : bikes have to be returned on time as mentionned on the rental form. In case of late return, the following extra costs will be charged : 5 € for delivery cost  + 2 € per additionnal hour. 

4. A valid ID will be required at the beginning of the rental.

5. Insurance : The customer is responsible for adequate personal insurance coverage for risks that may occur during the rental period. Cycleo is not liable for any claims for body injury or damage caused to third person property or loss of personal belonging  caused by weather, sickness, or any other causes whatsoever beyond the control of Cycleo.

6. The total amount of the rental has to be paid when you make the reservation (secured online payment)

Cancellation policy :

Reservation cancelled with a minimum 12 hours notice prior to delivery time : 95% refund
Reservation cancelled less than 12 hours and up to 1 hour prior to delivery time : 80% refund
Reservation cancellation less than 1 hour prior to delivery time or no show : no refund
No fees if you transfer your reservation on another date.
